All I know is that this rice is unlike any rice I’ve ever tasted.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s nutty, a bit sweet, and the fennel seeds intensify the flavours even more. Then the currants soften and caramelise while everything cooks together, adding little bursts of sweetness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI’ve wanted to sell this rice for the past year, but there hasn’t been enough available.
