I Listened to Sue

At a recent Murwillumbah Farmers Market, one of my favourite customers named Sue told me she loves tahini and urged me to use it in our bars. She made a convincing argument, and I’m always trying to improve our recipes, so that afternoon I bought some organic tahini and started experimenting.

Approximately 13 ½ experiments later, I decided it would be the perfect addition to our Dutch Cocoa & Sour Berry Bars. Here are 3 reasons why:

  1. It adds a smooth creaminess that contrasts perfectly with the rich cocoa and sour cranberry
  2. It’s super high in protein, fibre and antioxidants
  3. Sue said it was a great idea and Sue knows what she’s talking about
