Solomons Gold Dark Nib Chocolate 55g

A customer named Sarah reached out about her family’s cacao farm in the Solomon Islands. They grow the beans, then turn them into chocolate in New Zealand.

I tried it. And now it’s my favourite.

This chocolate has a different personality and aroma to other chocolate. The flavour is bolder and slightly more bitter.

They even add cacao nibs into the bar, so you get these little crunchy bits which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

So much care has gone into producing this chocolate. It’s the kind of food that makes you slow down and pay attention.
